A basement renovation is the layout, the bath or wet area, flooring, and the walls and ceiling that turn storage into living space. We talk through ceiling height, egress, and what the municipality expects before work starts. You remain the owner on any permit.

Bathrooms are the jobs people ask to see, and they are most of the gallery. We take out what has failed, build the layout you want, and finish it in the tile, glass, vanity, and fixtures we agreed on. You will know the scope before we start.

An ensuite is usually the shower, vanity, and storage you use every morning. We replace what has failed and build the layout you want, including the glass, tile, and fixtures we agreed on.

We renovate commercial interiors: partitions, washrooms, flooring, and the finish work a tenant or owner needs. The scope is written down before we start, the same way we do a house.

We replace windows when the frames or glass have failed, or when you are changing a room. We measure the opening, talk through the style, and install what we scoped.

Entry doors, patio doors, and interior doors. We look at the opening, the swing, and the finish, then install what we agreed on.

We still build detached garages: structure, siding, roof, and overhead door. It is not the work we lead with. If a garage is the project, call and we will say whether we can take it.
